Aluminum Composite Panels (ACPs), also known as Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panels, are three-layer "sandwich" panels composed of two thin aluminum sheets bonded to a central, non-aluminum core. This material architecture yields a rigid, lightweight, and flat substrate used for building facades, commercial signage, interior design, and artistic painting surfaces.

Aluminum diamond plate, also commonly known as checker plate, tread plate, or deck plate, is a lightweight metal sheet featuring a distinctive raised diamond pattern on one side. This functional texture is engineered primarily to enhance safety by providing slip resistance on walking surfaces, stairways, and ramps.
